Just a friendly reminder that ALL VOLUNTEERS need to register through the district to ensure that we have the correct documentation on file. 

Types of Volunteers in our School:

• Breakfast Club, snack, or lunch programs
• Classroom Volunteer
• Coach or Assistant Coach (Specify sport in the “other” field below)
• Field Trip Chaperon
• Lead an after-school program
• Literacy Support ie Reading Buddy
• Special Events

Volunteer with us! – Anglophone East School District

We require 3 things from them:

1) A valid Vulnerable Sector Check every 3 years (this year needs to be after June 2023); 

2) completed Policy 701 Questionnaire; and 

3) an agreement to the Confidentiality agreement found in the online application.
